My wife's car was broken into and attempted to be stolen, they tore apart her steering column, mashed up her ignition lock and broke her door lock. We called Steering Column Repair and they were able to order all of the parts based on photos we sent of the damage, and within 3 days could get the parts and were ready to work on it.
We dealt with insurance headaches for a few days before we could take it in, insurance was fighting us on whether or not they would consider them in their network. Eventually we convinced them, and when we finally got her car into their hands, they turned it around and fixed it in a couple of hours, and said they already had planned out what they needed to do ahead of time.
After all of the insurance issues and stress this caused us, we greatly appreciate how fast they got her car fixed and how well they communicated with us. Would highly recommend this business for this type of work!

I went to them to have a new Ignition put into my truck. Dealerships and other places told me that’s what was needed. The man there said let me try something first and turns out I just needed a new key cut!!!! Way cheaper and simpler! Loved the honesty they gain a loyal customer from me now!
Changed the ignition switch to my mom's 2009 VW Jetta. The battery ended up having a bad cell. They let me know that tge battery was no good. Therfore I took it up the street to get a new battery. After getting a new battery. The car would only start for 2 seconds and cut off. Even though they were completely confident in their work and that it wasn't an ignition programing issue. They came to where my mom's car was to Check everything, making sure their work performed was OK. Needless to say they were right. They ended up unplugging the battery, resetting the computer module.
The car started right up and stayed running with no issue. They close at 5pm and was willing to do this deed by standing on their business. There's a reason why this place has been in business for years. As a business owner myself. Their efforts was motivating. I recommend this place to anyone needing any service they provide.
